About Me

I would first like to welcome you to this website!  I am currently at a point in my life where I want to help people more than ever.  I have always had the passion for it, but lately I have been driven to act upon this passion more and more in every way that I can.  I continually find new ways to help people, and I have created this site as the next step at just that.

I know how life can be, I live it just like everyone else.  Life gets busier and busier and it is hard to fit in that “me” time throughout the day.  One of the many important parts of this me time should include researching topics dealing with your current health and/or lack of it.  If you do find some time to sit and start looking into these things you will find hundreds of different sources pointing you in different directions.  This does not help most people because they end up not knowing what information and sources are actually correct, and people more often than not end up trusting the wrong sources.  There is too much information out there for the average person to take in.

Once I was comfortable with looking into things for myself, I started doing loads of research across the board.  I found that facts are hidden and data is skewed to produce the results that the researchers initially wanted to see, sometimes backed by corporations and agencies that have a specific agenda at hand.  This does absolutely nothing productive or positive, and only spreads incorrect knowledge all over the place and further promoted the diseases that have become so prevalent.  This hurts everyone in the long run while benefiting the pockets of only a few.

It takes a lot of time to find out what information out there is truthful and that source “X” out of the mix is the best one for the information that you are seeking.  The good news is that I have been doing this personally for a few years now and have collected many sources of information, and I can start helping you as well.  Because I have been doing this for so long now, I am also fairly quick at finding new information and figuring out if it is correct or not.

I am quite honestly fed up with the systems of today, especially the medical and food systems.  Something like “Serve and protect” is the feeling that they project towards the people… yet they do not do so behind our backs.  People are constantly lied too, and the worst part is that people have believed what has been fed to them for the last century.  I am fed up with watching people getting sick while they listen to the bogus medical system for help from drugs which do no good in actually resolving their problems.

I am fed up with people blindly following and not asking questions in life, which is causing most of their problems.  I am fed up with people being brainwashed and not being able to understand even the most basic concepts.  Most importantly… I am fed up of being fed up.  Health is not rocket science once you really immerse yourself in it, and being healthy is the key to living a productive lifestyle.  The reason people are not healthy is because our system is not a healthy system, period.  Since we blindly trust the system that we have then we are left to do what they tell us to do, and eat what they tell us to eat, and take what they tell us to take.  Something has got to change.

If you are dealing with any health problems then they need to be properly addressed and properly corrected, and not simply covered up with a drug.  You cannot cure your cancer by chemically poisoning your body.  You cannot cure your osteoporosis by simply taking synthetic Vitamin D.  You cannot cure your diabetes by going on a low fat diet void of basic vitamins and simply taking insulin for the rest of your life.  You cannot cure your high blood pressure by just taking medication for the rest of your life.  You owe it to yourself to correct the root cause of your problems and get back to being truly healthy once again.

I have reached a point after 3 and a half years where I now eat real, whole, complete foods whenever I can.  I enjoy wholesome foods like pasture fed dairy and meat products, slow cooked meals, soaked grain products, fermented beverages, and make it a habit to indulge in fantastic tasting quality meals whenever I can.  We make practically all of our foods each day from scratch and are getting back to traditional food practices and preparations.  I take a few key supplements based on a lot of research that I have done, and it has helped a number of things in my life.  One of the next things in my family that we would like to do is to start making our own organic, sprouted, yeast free breads.  One of my primary passions has been researching health and nutrition, and I find that being informed about nutrition is the key to actually being able to have a healthy body and mind.

In 2009 alone I have started learning a second and third language, I have become an activist, I have become a spiritual seeker, and I try to get in the outdoors as much as I can.  I do simple things like feeding homeless in and around the Ann Arbor Michigan area when I come across them.  I have worked on getting past judging people and strive to live life with optimism and joy.  I love life more as the days pass and I want to help others feel good about it as I do.

In 2010 I have done a lot of personal work for myself, and have dealt with things from my past that I never have dealt with.  This is as important to health as eating the right foods.  If you have a mind full of stress and suppressed issues then you will not be healthy.
