U.S. 2009 FLU Vaccines Ingredients!

Its FLU time and I figure we could do with a little info on the vaccines that are coming out.  I have started off below by listing the ingredients that are defined in the package inserts from the manufacturers.  The package inserts are the informational packets that are given with the vaccine shipments, and your vaccine provider should have these readily on hand for you to look at, so ask for them!  Always ask for these and read them before you get vaccinations because they contain information that can help you decide whether or not to get one and why.  I am going to edit this post as I find more ingredients that are in these vaccines and to clarify, change, or delete information that already exists in here, so this may change as time goes on.

I also want to do this for the non-US vaccines if I can which may take some time.
