Oh yesssssss. Doesn’t this look healthy! Some may not think so, and to think that this is a drink would make some spill their beans. Others like myself would say “make that a double please!”. This lovely concoction consists of juicing just a few ingredients into one drink. Carrots, Celery, and Wheat Grass are what has made this drink.
To juice I use the Omega 8003 juicer. It comes with about 8 different options but I have yet to only use the juicing part. I’ll write an article about the Omega 8003 juicer some day here and show you all that it can do. I put about 10 carrots in at first to start it off. I then put in the wheat grass which I would say was about a half of a square foots worth of grass when it was about 6 inches tall. I finished it off by putting in about 4 sticks of fresh celery. Everything needs to be as fresh as possible because when you are juicing you want the freshest produce for the best taste and nutritional value.
Upon drinking this you instantly get hit with the sweet carrot taste. If you have never tried fresh carrot juice before then I suggest you add it to your “things to do in my life” list. Next you get the Celery taste, which to say the least is quite refreshing and hydrating for your body. I didn’t taste the grassy taste that I thought that I may, because I am used to the Carrot/Celery mixture and figured the presence of the grass juice would definitely show. Next time I make this I will use more Wheat Grass, and we will see what happens! I definitely recommend this if you juice, you won’t be disappointed!
